STARDOM results 6/16/19, 5-Star Grand Prix announced

STARDOM “Shining Destiny 2019” results from Tokyo, Japan at Korakuen Hall on 6/16/19:

Leo Onozaki pinned Hina with a cradle to earn her first STARDOM singles match win.

Death Yama-San, Bobbi Tyler, and Ruaka beat Saki Kashima, Zoe Lucas, and Saya Iida when Yama-San pinned Iida after Lucas turned on her own partners. Yama-San grabbed Iida and held her for Lucas to kick her. Lucas celebrated with the rest of Tokyo Cyber Squad after the match and she is now a new member of that unit.

Bea Priestley and AZM beat Mayu Iwatani and Starlight Kid when Priestley pinned Kid with the Queen’s Landing.

Artist of STARDOM Champions Hana Kimura, Jungle Kyona, and Konami beat Kagetsu, Natsu Sumire, and Andras Miyagi when Kimura submitted Kagetsu with a trapped leg and arm submission.

Saki Kashima came out and said that she, Mayu Iwatani and Tam Nakano want a rematch for the Artist Titles next Sunday in her home area of Matsue.

Goddesses of STARDOM Champions Momo Wantanabe and Utami Hayashishita beat Hazuki and Natsuko Tora when Watanabe pinned Tora.

Hana Kimura, Bobbi Tyler, Jungle Kyona, and Konami come out after wanting future Tag Titles shots.

Names were announced for this year’s 5-Star Grand Prix Tournament: Mayu Iwatani, Arisa Hoshiki, Saki Kashima, Tam Nakano, Hana Kimura, Konami, Jungle Kyona, Momo Watanabe, Utami Hayashishita, Bea Priestley, Kagetsu, Hazuki, Andras Miyagi, Natsu Sumire, Natsuko Tora, Jamie Hayter, Avary, and Kasey Owens.

Wonder of STARDOM Champion Arisa Hoshiki pinned Tam Nakano after the Brazilian Kick.

Hoshiki told Hazuki that she can have a title shot next.

Next weekend it’s a doubleheader in Osaka at 12:00 and 17:00 on Saturday, then the show in Matsue on Sunday at 17:00.
