Sabotage Wrestling “Vendetta” Results 8/31/19

Sabotage Wrestling results New Braunfels, Texas, United States at Kings and Queens Ballroom on 8/31/19 and broadcasting on Highspots Wrestling Network:

The announcers are Jason Harris and Melissa Foss. Nastico, the heel manager of The Renaissance, joined them unexpectedly at the table. He said he was just there as an observer and spectator to see that everything goes down the middle. Harris sounds like Turner Classic Movies host Ben Mankiewicz.

They did a pre-show running down the card and Nastico did not stay to make it a 3-Man team.

Stew Myrick of The Horn spots radio station in Texas then joined commentary. He is one of the announcers in Inspire Pro Wrestling and the host of the weekly Sports Guys Talking Wrestling show on The Horn.

Now Stew leaves and it remains a two person booth.

Heavy Metal Wrestling TV Champion Joe Demaro (with Nastico) vs. Chris Cruz

They wrestled for a couple a couple of minutes and a masked man ran in and attacked both men. He unmasked and it was Jordan LenX.

Len-X said he was tired of being passed over and left off cards so he was just going to show up and take on men or women. A guest GM who’s normally one of the referees said GM Roxxy Castillo was sick so he was in charge. He made it a 3-Way.

Demaro pinned Cruz to retain after a DDT when Cruz took Len-X out with a knee shot off the top rope.

Jenna Lynn vs. Raychell Rose

Rose got the pin after a superkick when she pulled Lynn’s head band down over her eyes to temporarily blind her. It looked like Lynn had it won after a DDT but Rose got her feet on the rope. Lynn put on the headband to give her the Kung Fu power up boost.

Rok-C vs. Alex Gracia

Rok-C got the pin after a roll up. Gracia offered a handshake which I thought was going to be a heel turn but it wasn’t. They shook hands and that was it.

Sabotage Wrestling Tag Team Champions Ashley Vox and Delmi Exo (with Nastico) vs. Phoebe and Baby D.

Vox and Exo both pinned Phoebe after a Doomsday Device.

Phoebe and D. dominated the first several minutes. Vox tried to hit D. with a couple of flying cross body blocks but it had no effect. Phoebe used D. as a springboard to connect with a corner splash.

Phoebe took out both heels and Nastico with a plancha to the outside. Nastico grabbed Phoebe’s leg as she was trying to get back in the ring and the referee saw it. The referee ejected Nastico and he took out his wallet to offer her a bribe but she refused him and made him go to the back.

Vox and Exo were able to get the advantage of Phoebe as the referee was distracted with Nastico. They isolated Phoebe for a bit until she made the hot tag to D.

D. with a huge off the shoulder powerbomb to Vox. D. was able to suplex Vox and Exo over at the same time.

Vox and Exo slammed D. off the second rope as she was trying to Samoan Drop them both. They rolled her out of the ring before the finish.

Delilah Doom vs. Ali Bama in a Fans Bring the Weapons Street Fight

Doom pinned Bama after powerboming her off the ropes straight through a table Bama set up between two chairs in the ring. Doom picked her up and hugged her after.

They ended up fighting on the bar and the bartender handed them drinks and they drank. Doom spit it in the face of Bama. Bama gave her a forearm shot then slid off the bar but got right back up to give a DDT.

Bama dragged Doom back in the ring and hit her with a kendo stick.

Doom gained control and used a Camel Clutch with the stick across the throat of Bama but she wouldn’t give up.

Sunset bomb by Bama out of the corner for a two count. A fall away slam and a forward rolling slam by Bama followed up by a splits leg drop but it doesn’t keep Doom down.

Bama brought out a bag and dumped several VHS tapes in the ring to use as new and clever weapons. Doom’s gimmick is she’s supposed to be a 1980s aerobics instructor like Jane Fonda and Richard Simmons.

Bama choked her with the actual tape instead of a cassette then hit her over the head with the cassette. The announcers joked that some may not know what VHS tapes are.

Doom bulldogs Bama into the VHS pile then uses a cassette to giving running shots to Bama’s face with it.

A monkey flip out of the corner by Bama to Doom into the tapes.

Bama tried to rush Doom but Doom hits her in the face with a VHS. Fans chanted “VHS!” briefly.

Bama brought in a big board from under the ring and propped it up between two chairs. She tried to superplex Doom through the table but Doom counters for the finish.

Erica Torres vs. Barrett Brown

They went to a Double Count Out.

Torres with a Midnight Express goozle roll as Brown tried to get back in the ring followed by a senton off the apron.

Back in the ring Torres was able to lift him on her shoulder and powerslam him. It was all Torres with a release German Suplex and spine buster.

Brown got to his feet and hit a back hand strike and gave her a half nelson suplex but she landed on her feet and charged him. He finally got some big offense in with a brainbuster.

Brown with a superkick as Torres comes off the ropes.

Torres escapes off the ropes as Brown was setting her up for something off them. She superkicks him in the face and followed up with a dropkick to his feet as his was perched backwards on the second rope. She picked him up and gave him a rotating powerbomb.

Torres was getting frustrated and picked him up in a backbreaker but he slipped away. After a couple of quick exchanges he gave her a big knee shot to send her out of the ring. He went for a dive but she caught him with a forearm.

They brawled outside the ring to the 10 count then brawled to the back.

War of the Genders Champion GPA vs. Shotzi Blackheart

They said GPA won the title several weeks ago from Blackheart at a Bizzaro Lucha show as Blackheart had been defending the title in other promotions around the country.

Blackheart regained the title with the pin after the top rope senton. GPA tried to hit her with the belt but she avoided it with a kick to the head and then springing off the ropes to him a destroyer.

This makes Blackheart a two time War of the Genders Champion and she was the inaugural champion.

They did tons of fast paced and innovative stuff I couldn’t take notes on it all.

Jordynne Grace vs. Joey Ryan

Grace pinned Ryan with a pump handle driver into a pile of Blow Pops.

Grace tossed Ryan around the ring by his chest hair. She gave him an inverted atomic drop but his “indestructible crotch” ended up hurting her knee and she rolled out of the ring to recover.

Grace with exploding offense on Ryan in the corner with a running double knee shot to the back, a running back elbow, and a Vader Bomb.

Ryan gets in the Boob Plex but she fights him off when he tries to get her to touch his crotch and gives him a spine buster.

They collided with each other and she fell face first into his crotch and he was able to apply the YouPorn Plex. She kicked out and Ryan was shocked telling the crowd “That’s my move!” He left the ring and brought in a bag from under the ring. They were Blow Pops and he poured them in the ring.

Ryan tried to give Grace another YPP in the pile of Blow Pops but she blocked it and gave him a Grace Driver but he kicked out.

After the match Ryan told the crowd to have some Blow Pops. The ring crew came in with brooms to sweep the candy towards the edge of the ring for fans to collect them.

Sabotage Wrestling Champion Hyan vs. ROH Women of Honor Champion Kelly Klein

Nastico joined back on commentary. He manages Hyan.

Klein gets the pin after a driver. Klein gave her a jaw breaker when Hyan tried it to give her the Beauty Sleep finisher. Klein tried to shake hands after but Hyan pushed her away.

The ring announcer didn’t announce Hyan as the Sabotage Champion. The announcers wondered why this is for the WOH Title and not both titles. Nastico said Klein didn’t deserve a title shot.

Hyan cut a heel promo and confirmed that the match was only for WOH Title. Klein said the only reason Hyan is getting a shot is because she’s allowing it because she seeks out the best to defend it against.

They started off giving each other shoulder tackles and Klein won the battle knocking Hyan out of the ring.

Hyan whipped Klein back first hard into the turnbuckles and got her in a bow and arrow hold.

Klein tried to give her a back breaker on the knee but her back gave out. Hyan capitalized and continued to work on her back.

Klein nailed a German Suplex but hurt her back in the process.

Hyan locks in a Boston Crab but Klein makes it to the ropes. Hyan follows up with a running knee shot to the head in the corner.

The next Sabotage Wrestling event is 11/16/19 back in New Braunfels with Kelly Klein, Shotzi Blackheart, Alex Gracia, Faye Jackson, ASF, and Mysterious Q. announced. Tickets are available here:

Warrior Wrestling 6 Results 9/1/19

Warrior Warrior 6 results from Chicago Heights, Illinois at Marian Catholic High School on 9/1/19 and airing live on Highspots Network:

Rich Bocchini is the play by play announcer. Nick Hausman is color.

Templario vs. Soberano Jr.

Soberano Jr. is working hurt with a big support brace on his left shoulder that almost looks like a sling.

Soberano gets the pin after two driving tombstones in an incredible opener. Soberano was still flying all over the ring with dives and splashes. Templario gave him an avalanche powerbomb and pop up powerbomb. They took out the cameraman for a couple seconds in all of the action. Soberano was real slow getting up after the match. They shook hands.

Gringo Loco came out and praised both guy and then jumped them from behind. Sam Adonis came out with a chair to help him.

Adonis got on the mic and said he and Loco are made at Warrior Wrestling for bringing in people from Mexico when he and Loco are American Luchadors.

Brian Pillman Jr. and Wardlow came out and chased after Adonis and Loco. A tag team match was made.

Wardlow and Brian Pillman Jr. vs. Sam Adonis and Gringo Loco

Rich noted that Wardlow is the newest addition to AEW.

Adonis pinned Pillman after Loco cracked Pillman in the back with a chair from the outside and the referee didn’t see it. The crowd booed big time.

Adonis used Loco as a stooge starting off tagging him in and out when it was convenient for him.

Wardlow and Pillman held Adonis up for a long time in a double team delayed suplex. They also gave Loco a Doomsday Device.

Atlantis vs. Ultimo Guerrero vs. Caristico

Caristico submitted Guerrero to La Mistica. Rich put it over as a huge upset that a top champion of CMLL was beaten like this in Chicago.

Sam Adonis and Gringo Loco attacked after the match again but Soberano Jr. and Templario made the save. All the tecnicos did moves on Adonis and Loco to send them out of the ring.

Tom Lawlor vs. Killer Kross

Kross got the pin after a powerbomb as Lawlor had him in a triangle choke.

This was a mix of mat wrestling and big power moves between the two. Lawlor got Kross on his shoulders and did an airplane spin turned in a DVD. Lawlor got Kross into a rear naked choke a couple of times and Kross turned it into the Doomsday Saito.

They shook hands at the start and Kross bowed to him after the match and bowed to the crowd.

Alex Zayne vs. Lance Archer

Archer got the pin after the EBD claw hold.

Austin Aries (with UFC legend Frank Mir) vs. Alex Shelley

Aries beat Shelley by referee stoppage when Aries had him in a choke submission. Good fast paced back and forth match. Frank Mir was a total non factor and he just stood in the corner.

After the match Aries got on the match and told Shelley to shake his hand. He said they first met 15 years ago and they changed the landscape “and now we’re old and shit”. He praised Shelley and told him that he’s still got it because he never lost it even after a hiatus. He pointed to Mir and told Shelley that Mir was a “new student”.

Shelley got on the mic and thanked Aries for the words and said Aries didn’t have to say anything. He thanked the crowd. He told them a year ago he said he was done with wrestling because it was like a drug. He said he doesn’t mean it as something to offend people, but he said fans are like the supplier that gives the high. He said he will continue to wrestle as long as people still think he can. He said fans need to still support the wrestlers of his generation and the new generation.

The ring announcer said Frank Mir would take pictures in the ring with fans for $20 at intermission.

Intermission- for viewers at home they’re showing past Warrior Wrestling women’s matches. They’re airing Jordynne Grace vs. Kylie Rae. When they introduced it, Hausman said “a lot of people are taking about Kylie Rae” now. (She asked for contract release from AEW and was granted it with reports that she’s quit pro wrestling entirely)…

Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix vs. Daga and Tessa Blanchard

The Lucha Bros. got the pin on Blanchard after their package piledriver and double stomp finisher. Daga was taken out on the outside into the guardrail.

This was a relatively short match but no shortage of action from start to finish. It’s amazing that Pentagon and Fenix can even walk today after the AEW Ladder Match with The Young Bucks last night.

Blanchard and Daga do a double team where she gives a code breaker and Daga runs up from behind and gives a back stabber.

Fenix gave Blanchard a running powerbomb.

Fenix and Pentagon did a version of The Dudley Boy’s “Whazz Up” as Pentagon came off the top rope and stomped Blanchard in the crotch.

Frank the Clown segment with Mick Foley

Frank came out to the ring with guys dressed up like Dude Love, Mankind, and Cactus Jack.

Foley came out and stood and embarrassingly listened as Frank bragged about dating Noelle Foley for the last five years. Frank took off his jacket and had an outfit on like “Ravishing” Rick Rude with Noelle’s pictures all over it.

Foley gave him Mr. Socko in the mouth. He got in the mic and said he can see the future and Frank won’t be having any kids. He brought out a pair of tongs and used him on Frank’s crotch. He then gave a leg drop between the legs of Frank. Then he brought out a barb wire bat and put it between Frank’s legs and gave another leg drop.

He brought out a can of gasoline and poured it all over Frank. He was going to light him on fire but several students ran in acting as security to stop stop him. He got on the mic and convinced them to do it and they literally parted the way to give him a clear path.

The fake Foley characters returned and pulled Frank out of the ring to safety.

Foley got on the mic and joked that the pay off end to the whole thing wasn’t satisfying like a WWE pay-per-viewer. He thanked the crowd and put over Warrior Wrestling and got the crowd to do a “wrestling” chant.

Andrew Everett vs. Dragon Lee

Rich said Lee had a delayed flight and just got to the show a little while ago and he has a flight out of Illinois at 1am.

Lee got the win but there were technical difficulties and I didn’t see how.

Warrior Wrestling Champion Brian Cage vs. Michael Elgin

Cage got the pin after the drill claw.

Elgin gave Cage an Elgin Bomb off the top rope through a table during the match.

Cage got on the mic after the match and said he’d be seeing Sami Callihan real soon.

RISE “Regional Rising Stars” on FITE Results 9/1/19: Atlas vs. Kelly Dazzle

RISE results of their Midwest Tournament showcase event from Berwyn, Illinois at the Eagles Club and broadcasting live on FITE for just $10 on 9/1/19:

Top job to whoever made the poster for the show. It looks like a poster from Jack Hill’s old movies and Double D Rose would fit right in with the Dagger Debs!

RISE owner Kevin Harvey opened the show in the ring with all of the competitors who will be in the tournament. He talked about some of the talent who have moved on to major companies and being a pipeline to those companies.

Lenny Leonard and Allysin Kay are the announcers. Veda Scott is apparently still in Europe.

Hawlee Cromwell vs. Laynie Luck in a tournament match

Luck got the pin after the UniCutter. Solid back and forth opener to set a nice tone for the show.

Sierra vs. Queen Aminata in a tournament match

Sierra got the with an armbar and extending Aminata’s fingers for the submission. The crowd booed hoping Aminata was going to win.

They announced Cassandro El Exotico vs. Saraya Knight for the 11/1/19 show in Berwyn.

Valentina Loca vs. Max the Impaler

Loca is from New Mexico and she came out in a hazmat suit looking like a Walter White and Jesse Pinkman in “Breaking Bad”.

Max gets the pin after a huge spear. Loca hung in there a lot longer than usual.

Elayna Black vs. Sophie King in a tournament match

King got the pin with a choke bomb.

Parrow came out with a menacing look on his face and slowly walked to the ring. Security tried to stop him but he tossed them with ease. He power bombed a female security guard into the ring post.

Parrow got in the ring and gazed at King. She showed no fear and fought him but her strikes had no effect as he just stood still. He grabbed her and power bombed her down to all of the security on the floor.

Effy came out and tried to get in Parrow’s good graces. He said they should team up in their “gayness” and run the place. Parrow looked like he was going to go after him then acted confused and just left the ring in disgust.

Effy brushed the situation off and said he was going to have an LGBTQ Showcase.

Effy vs. Devon Monroe

Effy won by submission with the Dragon Queen Sleeper. After the match Effy asked Monroe to join him as he’s apparently trying to build an LGBTQ heel stable. He changed his mind and batted Monroe around and said he doesn’t hang with losers. (Monroe had another impressive showing here)..

Kikyo came out and made her return to RISE after being out with a leg injury that she suffered in STARDOM over a year ago.

Of course Effy mocked her and said she used to be a big deal in the company but they just cast her aside.

Kikyo slapped him in the face, splashed him in the corner, and gave him a michinoku driver. Effy ran away in shock.

Priscilla Kelly vs. Jake Atlas

Atlas got the pin after a super kick and double arm DDT after Kelly had just kicked out of the LGB-DDT.

They absolutely tore the house down as a lot of people knew they would. Definitely worth the price of $10 alone. Both of them should be signed to a major company because they are both incredibly talented. I know they both have busy schedules around the world but this should have been the main event.

They started off with very quick counters and exchanges in the ring then things moved to the outside. Kelly did a dive through the ropes on Atlas followed by a senton off the ring and a flying body press off the top rope.

Back in the ring Kelly connected with a missile drop kick.

Atlas gave Kelly a release German suplex and followed up with a big knee strike in the corner.

They fought on the ring apron and Kelly gave him the STO on it. Atlas looked like he may have had the wind knocked out of him because there were some pauses in a couple of inside cradle spots after it.

Kelly locked in a grounded submission but Atlas would not give up. He powered out and gave her a DVD type of move to get out of it.

The crowd gave a standing ovation and chanted “PK” after.

Laynie Luck vs. Sierra in a semifinal tournament match

Luck got the pin after the UniCutter off the second rope. Hard fought match and they worked hard but so tough to follow the last match.

Max the Impaler vs. Sophie King

Max got the pin after the spear in about 4 seconds. King didn’t come out at first when she was announced. The ring announcer said she must answer the call or else the match would be forfeited and Max would automatically advance. King limped out to the ring to sell the attack from Parrow earlier.

Guardians of RISE Tag Team Champions Jessicka Havok and Nevaeh vs. Dust, Rosemary, and Raven’s Ash in an Anything Goes Match

Havok and Nevaeh got the pin after putting Rosemary through a tin trash can.

They immediately charged after each other at the start in the entrance way. They brawled all around the building.

Double D Rose Open Challenge

Phoenix of RISE Champion Big Swole came out to answer the challenge. She told D Rose that she would put up the title against her.

Phoenix of RISE Champion Big Swole vs. Double D Rose

Big Swole folded her up for the pin in a good one after first not being able to power D Rose over in a crucifix attempt. Her family came out to congratulate her after the win. Her father looked like her could be a pro wrestler too.

D Rose connected with the hip attack in the corner during the match but the referee refused to count as Big Swole was in the ropes.

Big Swole was in the AEW women’s battle royal last night and many in the AEW crowd knew who she was and they chanted her name.

Max the Impaler vs. Laynie Luck in the tournament final

Luck got the pin after the UniCutter out of the corner to win the tournament.

RISE owner Kevin Harvey came out with a humble speech and told Luck he can’t give her a million dollars as an independent promoter for winning but he can give her the first spot in the ladder match which will take place on the 11/1/19 show.

This was a really quick moving show that got so much in at a two hours and ten minutes running time. It looked like a decent crowd on TV especially with so much going on in the Chicago area this weekend. From what I understand many of the RISE crew and fans will be heading over to the Warrior Wrestling show in Chicago Heights tonight.
