Pro-Wrestling:EVE line up for 5/11/19 and more EVE notes

Pro-Wrestling:EVE sent us a press release and newsletter with several notes on two big upcoming events.

The 9th Anniversary show will be on 5/11/19 at their home base The Resistance Gallery in London, U.K. This will be the final time that EVE Champion Kay Lee Ray and Viper will be appearing at the venue. Both women are under NXT U.K. contract. They will compete as a tag team on the show against Jetta and Erin Angel.

Jinny vs. Bobbi Tyler. This will be Tyler’s debut in EVE. She is from the U.K. but she made an international name for herself in STARDOM earlier this year.

Nicole Mathews vs. Roxxy

Jamie Hayter must decide on which title she will challenge for at Wrestle Queendom 2 which takes place on 6/30/19 at York Hall. She can either be added into the EVE Title match of Kay Lee Ray vs. Viper or face EVE International Champion Utami Hayashishita.

Also on Saturday’s show, Nina Samuels will respond to losing her match against EVE Champion Kay Lee Ray at the recent Kris Wolf retirement show.

The show will NOT be live on EVE On Demand. It will air on VOD a few days later.

The company announced that Baynz will be taking a “long term leave of absence” due to nagging injuries.

Four yet to be named members of the STARDOM roster will be in action at Wrestle Queendom 2.

Here is last year’s Wrestle Queendom free on YouTube featuring War Games and Sammii Jayne vs. Charlie Morgan

SHINE 58 card for 5/10/19

SHINE 58 will air live on FITE and ClubWWN from Livonia, Michigan at the Knights of Columbus on 5/10/19 with a very inconvenient 3 pm EST start time. This show is the Michigan debut for the brand.

Allysin Kay will return home to the metro Detroit area as SHINE Champion again after winning the title back from Miyu Yamashita at the Tokyo Joshi Pro show in Sapporo, Japan on 5/6/19. She will face Samatha Heights in a non-title match.

SHINE Nova Champion Aja Perera vs. Shotzi Blackheart

SHINE Tag Champions Rainbow Bright and Lucious Latasha defend against Thunder Rosa and Hoildead in a LumberJills Match

Mercedes Martinez vs. Su Yung

Santana (Garrett) vs. Kimber Lee

Ivelisse vs. Natalia Markova

Brandi Lauren vs. Thunderkitty

Marti Belle vs. Lindsay Snow

The show is $15 on FITE:

ClubWWN is $10 for the whole month but it is not user-friendly in our experience with the overall set up and terrible customer service.  It will also give you the 5/10/19 EVOLVE show live as well from Livonia at 8 pm EST.

Femmes Fatales results from 5/4/19

Femmes Fatales posted results of their 5/4/19 show from Quebec City on their Facebook page.

Mary Lee Rose won a Battle Royal.

Alexia Nicole beat Ashley Vox.

Veda Scott beat Davienne by submisson.

FF Champion Vanessa Kraven came to the ring and she said she is still not recovered from the broken leg she suffered last year. She announced she was vacating the title.

Meave O’ Farrell and Sally beat Mary Lee Rose and Angie Skye after a pair of moonsaults for the double pin.

Kimber Lee pinned Priscilla Kelly after the swanton bomb.

Mercedes Martinez pinned Kris Statlander with an inside cradle to win the vacant title.

LuFisto beat Cheerleader Melissa in the main event. After the match, the roster surrounded the ring and LuFisto was inducted into the NSPW Hall of Fame. She will retire later this year.

Big change to STARDOM’s 5/16/19 show

STARDOM held a press conference on 5/8/19 to announce the line up for the 5/16/19 show at Korakuen Hall show. One of the matches was supposed to be Bea Priestley vs. Toni Storm but it will not be happening now.

STARDOM said it is due to circumstances beyond their control. I would assume that WWE isn’t allowing it with Storm being NXT U.K. Women’s Champion while Priestley is World of STARDOM Champion and under AEW contract.

Storm will now face Kagetsu on the show. Priestley will defend the WOS Title against Hazuki.

Other matches on the card are:

Wonder of STARDOM Champion Momo Watanabe vs. Arisa Hoshiki

Artist of STARDOM Champions Mayu Iwatani, Tam Nakano, and Saki Kashima vs. Hana Kimura, Jungle Kyona, and Konami

Gauntlet Match with Natsuko Tora and Andras Miyagi vs. Starlight Kid and Hanan vs. Ruaka and Rina vs. Leo Onozaki and Hina

Saya Iida vs. Natsu Sumire vs. Death Yama-san
