AWS Results 11/30/19

AWS results from South Gate, California at the American Legion on 11/30/19:

I guess I will call this their “hiatus show”. Originally they said this would be the last one but now it’s going to be a long break before the next show. They have stopped running and then come back a couple of times in their history.

Viva Van pinned Simone Sherie.

Johnny Paradise won a 4-Way Match over Dicky Meyer, Mike Camden, and Hunter Freeman by pinning Camden.

Michael Hopkins and Juan Mattioli beat YUMA and WATTS after a double team finisher to pin YUMA.

Daniel Moon, Danny Divine, and Brendan Divine beat Ray Rosas, Diego Valens, and Frankie Frank.

Ruby Raze and Vipress beat Ashley Vox and Delmi Vox when Vox was pinned.

Mariachi Loco and Lil Cholo beat Steven Andrews and Simon Lotto.

Lightweight Champion Andy Brown pinned B-Boy.

Piloto Suicida vs. Acero Dorado vs. The Human Tornado vs. Shamu Jr. vs. Hector Canales elimination match ended with everyone eliminated (I think). Suicida and Dorado were the final two left against each other and they went to a Double Disqualification.

Tito Escondido and Che Cabrera won the AWS Tag Team Titles from Jesse James and Hoss Hogg.

AWS Results 9/21/19

AWS results from South Gate, California at the American Legion on 9/21/19:

Mike Camden pinned Dicky Mayer.

Danny Limelight pinned Fidel Bravo after a DDT.

Royce Issacs pinned Ryan Taylor.

Tag Team Champions Jesse James and Hoss Hogg beat Bad Dude Tito Escondido and Che Cabrera but Cabrera’s foot was on the rope and the referee didn’t see it.

Viperess pinned Katrina Leigh Waters after interference from RAZE.

Mariachi Loco and Lil Cholo beat Jake Atlas and Dominic Kubrick when Cholo pinned Kubrick.

Women’s Champion RAZE pinned Nurse Ratchet after interference from Vipress.

Andy Brown pinned Douglas James after a piledriver to with the Lightweight Title. Rick Knox was the referee in his final appearance for the company with AEW starting in a couple of weeks on TNT.

The next AWS show is on 11/30/19 at the American Legion and it will be the last one for an indefinite amount of time. Ashley Vox and Delmi Exo vs. RAZE and Viperess has been announced for the event along with Hyan, Miranda Alize, and Funny Bone so far.

AWS results 7/27/19: Title Change and Possible Retirement

AWS results from South Gate, California at the American Legion on 7/27/19:

Mike Camden pinned Hunter Freeman.

FunnyBone pinned The Human Tornado after the Leap Of Filth. Tornado.

After the match Tornado took off his boots and left them in the ring to apparently signal retirement again. He announced he was retiring in May 2018 due to back issues. He previously retired in 2010 but made a return in 2012.

Jenna Van Muscles and Notorious Nadi beat Viva Van and Violet Payne when Muscles submitted Van.

Deimos pinned Terex after a lariat.

AWS Tag Team Champions Jesse James and Hoss Hog beat Hindu Jr. and Superboy Jr.

Raze won the AWS Women’s Title from Shotzi Blackheart.

Vipress beat Karissa Rivera by DQ. Raze got involved to distract the referee and Vipress acted like she was hit in the head by Rivera with a beer can. When the referee turned around he saw Vipress laying on the mat and the can in Rivera’s hand. He called for the bell.

Andy Brown pinned Mr. Iguana after a piledriver.

Gringo Loco won a 4-Way over Legacy, Lil Cholo, and Che Cabrera by pinning Legacy.

September 21 is the next show. The November 30th event is set to be the final AWS show and it’s called “Calling it a Day.” Both events will at the American Legion like usual.

AWS results of their 17th Anniversary show 3/23/19: New Tag Champs,Tribute to Luke Perry

Alternative Wrestling Show from South Gate, California at the American Legion on 3/23/19:

They opened the show with a 10-Bell Salute to Luke Perry who was a big wrestling fan and the father of Jungle Boy (Jack Perry).

Jesse James and Hoss Hogg won the AWS Tag Team Titles from Peter Avalon and Ray Rosas.

Andy Brown pinned Royce Issacs after a piledriver. This was originally supposed to be a 3-Way Match with Jungle Boy but he’s is taking some time off after the death of his father.

Raze (aka Ruby Raze) and Vipress beat Viva Van and Violet Payne when Vipress pinned Van.

WATTS won a 4-Way Match over Hammerstone, Deimos, and JR Kratos pinning Deimos.

Adam Thornstowe and Luster the Legend beat Lil Cholo and Mariachi Loco when Luster pinned Loco.

Tyler Bateman. Jake Atlas, FunnyBone, and Dominick Kubrick beat Dicky Mayer, Chris Bey, Mike Camden, and Lucas Riley when Bateman pinned Bey.

AWS Women’s Champion Cheerleader Melissa went to a double count out with Shotzi Blackheart. Melissa was originally supposed to defend the title against Ivelisse but Ivelisse had flight issues and missed the show.

AWS Champion Mercedes Martinez beat B-Boy by submission.

The next show is 5/18/19 with Ladies Night 3, an all women show. AWS Women’s Champion Cheerleader Melissa will defend the title on the show. Nicole Savoy vs. Riley Shepard has also been announced.
